1. Platform Overview
Welcome to BrainEureka ("BrainEureka", "we", "our"). By accessing our platform, enrolling in courses, and utilizing the student learning portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Plan-Level Entitlements
Curriculum content is structured hierarchically: Course > Plans > Modules. Enrolling in a Plan grants non-exclusive, non-transferable access exclusively to the modules associated with that plan. Access to higher tiers requires an upgrade or separate purchase.
3. Video Content & Intellectual Property
All video streaming modules, lesson summaries, AI tutor answers, quiz evaluations, and certificate designs are the intellectual property of BrainEureka. Unauthorized recording, redistribution, or sharing of user credentials will result in immediate account termination without refund.
4. Certification Issuance
Certificates of Completion are granted upon fulfilling 100% video module completion and passing all corresponding lesson quizzes. BrainEureka reserves the right to revoke certificates found to be obtained through fraudulent means.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
